The Vision
The vision was to create a home that feels timeless yet distinctly modern. Natural textures, a restrained palette, and elegant detailing bring warmth and sophistication to the interiors, while considered spatial planning creates a more open and connected living environment.
Our Approach
01. Preserving Character
We retained the home's defining architectural features, using the original brickwork and traditional proportions as the foundation for the updated design.
02. Refining the Interiors
We introduced contemporary finishes, bespoke details, and carefully considered layouts to create elegant, functional spaces suited to modern family life.
03. Connecting Indoor & Outdoor Living
We enhanced the relationship between the interior and garden through thoughtful transitions, creating a more inviting environment for everyday living and entertaining.
The Result
A beautifully renewed residence that respects its architectural heritage while embracing contemporary comfort. The Kingsley House brings together original character, refined interiors, and thoughtful design to create a home built for modern living.
